GHG Project Manager

JOB PURPOSE: To lead and coordinate the engineering and building services functions of Greenleaf Hospitality Group. All actions are based on the principles of trust, integrity, mutual respect and teamwork.

Principal Accountabilities:
Purpose: Assist the Director of Engineering to provide project management to our engineering and building services team which will allow us to deliver a genuine experience to our guests and staff throughout their experience at our hotel.

Functions:

IT Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

The IT Manager is a critical business partner for Greenleaf Hospitality Group (GHG), an organization with $40M+ annual revenues, 800+ employees and three main locations. This position will be responsible for managing a team of 3-5 that will provide support to all of GHG’s operations including hotels, restaurants, retail operations and stadium events. The IT manager will provide both strategic and operational leadership for GHG’s information technology and business information system needs.

Principal Accountabilities:
Lead the Business Information Technology Team through providing professional leadership, mentoring, coaching and development.
Create an Information Technology support team with a business partner mindset to exceed the needs of business units.
Analyze computer, network, and telecom systems needs for informational and functional operations, to determine scope, priorities and security standards of projects.
Develop and recommend plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases.
Provide support to end users in the usage and maintenance of software programs and hardware.
Provide system set-up and software configuration with users and vendor software and hardware systems.
Manage support systems including installation, implementation, configuration, and trouble shooting of end user hardware and software. Including developing and maintaining documentation for operation of the computer systems and software licensing.
Conduct inspections of all critical systems and perform necessary maintenance as needed.
Maintain administration of all software and hardware systems.
Perform Return on Investment analyses for in-house and outsourcing options.
Make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to existing systems.
Manage PCI and other IT related compliance.

Qualifications:
BA/BS in Information Technology or similar field
